My husband Herbert started a new feature on Carefree Truth, "Pictures of the Week". He began posting interesting photos that he has taken, as well as a few photos from a friend, in mid-November, and added the new tab to our website. I wanted to make those of you who don't visit the website regularly aware of this new feature, and to invite any of you who wish to do so to send in any photos you'd like to share. I'd also like to remind the photographers among you that the Town sponsored Carefree Desert Gardens Photo contest is now accepting entries. The drop-off points are the UPS Store in the Basha's Center, the UPS Store in the Albertson's Center, the UPS Store in the Fry's Center, and CVS in the Lowe's Center. All are capable of printing your photos, should you chose to use them. We use the UPS Store in the Basha's Center for all our printing needs, and highly recommend them. The deadline for entering is Saturday, February 2nd. We got many beautiful entries last year, which was the first year of this annual contest, and we are looking forward to seeing this year's.
