Gary Neiss explained that the form provided by the Auditor General had been filled out and advertised in newspapers.  The budget was vetted in multiple noticed public meetings for the past couple of months, and questions had been addressed.  Mayor David Schwan asked if there were any questions or comments from the Council. Hearing none, he opened the agenda item to the public.  No one from the public wished to speak.  Mayor Schwan called for a motion.  Councilwoman Melissa Price made a motion to approve the 2013/2014 fiscal year budget, which was seconded by Councilman Glenn Miller.  The motion carried unanimously.
