Mayor David Schwan presented the final sales tax revenue figures shown on the cash receipts and disbursement report.  The figure for fiscal year (FY) 2012-13 was down 3.73% from FY 2011-12.  The two areas that fell short were construction and accommodations, but the shortfall was considerably less than it had been six months before.  There are now construction projects in the pipeline, and Mayor Schwan stated that he is optimist that the next fiscal year will be better.
