Barb Bankord, from Entrada, sent this to me to share. I sent it out to Sentinel Rock already, so my apologies to those of you who are getting it twice.

A wildfire burning north of Cave Creek reached 650 acres and crews had zero containment Thursday night, according to a spokeswoman for the Tonto National Forest. Authorities expect to have the blaze 50 percent contained by Friday night.
The Camp Fire, which is northeast of the Bronco Trailhead, was reported to authorities at about 12:45 p.m. Thursday after a concerned citizen saw smoke, spokeswoman Anne Thomas said.It burned close to power lines but, as of Thursday evening, these were safe and operational and the fire wasn't threatening any structures, Thomas said. The fire is being fueled by grass, brush, pinyon pine, and juniper in the same area as the Cave Creek Complex Fire that blazed through 11 homes in Camp Creek in 2005. Traffic is restricted northbound on Forest Service Road 24 past Sears-Kay recreation site, officials said. Three engines and 20 to 25 firefighters fought the fire on the ground, while a helicopter, an air attack ship, a plane and two air tankers fought from the sky, according to Thomas. Tonto Forest officials had also requested the assistance of two hotshot crews, but they had not arrived yet, she said.
Law enforcement was still investigating the cause of the fire, Thomas said.
