CAREFREE WATER COMPANY, INC.

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 10-822, notice is hereby given of the time, place and purposes of a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Town of Carefree Utilities Community Facilities District and the Board of Directors of the Carefree Water Company, Inc., an Arizona corporation, to be held on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. at the Carefree Town Hall Council Chambers at 100 Easy Street, in Carefree. Arizona.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

CALL TO ORDER and SILENT ROLL CALL

One or more members of the Directors of the Board may be unable to attend the meeting in person and may participate by technological means or method pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431(4).

ITEM #2Discussion and possible action regarding 2013-2014 Fiscal Year audit.

A representative from the firm of HintonBurdick, PLLC will attend.

ITEM #3Information and discussion regarding Carefree Too Water Line Improvement Project.

ITEM #4Information and discussion regarding Carefree’s water supply in future years.

ITEM #5Adjournment.
