    OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE TOWN OF CAREFREE UTILITIES COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT AND THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE

    CAREFREE WATER COMPANY, INC.

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 10-822, notice is hereby given of the time, place and purposes of a meeting of the Board of Directors of Town of Carefree Utilities Community Facilities District and the Board of Directors of the Carefree Water Company, Inc., an Arizona corporation, to be held at the Carefree Town Hall Council Chambers at 100 Easy Street, in Carefree, Arizona.
