This is part three in the continuing saga of the Carefree Court meeting with Councilman Coady, Councilman Koteas and Presiding Judge K.C. Skull. Mayor Schwan had appointed Councilman Coady to meet with Judge Skull to evaluate cost savings for Carefree. Councilman Coady decided to include Councilman Koteas in the meeting with Judge Skull. In the process they managed to insult the Judge. Below is the letter written by Councilman Koteas, which he submitted unsigned.

Here is the conversation from the Carefree Town Council meeting of 8/25/09. Councilman Doug Stavoe, who had been out of town on vacation for two months, questioned the progress of the investigation into the court and Mayor Schwan addressed his question. Councilman Coady stated that the Mayor will lie when the issue is discusssed at the upcoming council meeting. Councilman Coady obviously does not want this issue addressed in a public forum, as he was involved with the flawed findings produced from the disasterous meeting with Judge Scull.
