NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE TOWN OF CAREFREE COMMON COUNCIL

WHEN: TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2013

WHERE: CAREFREE TOWN HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS

TIME: 4:00 P.M.

Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Common Council of the Town of Carefree, Arizona and to the general public that pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03 (A)(1), the members of the Common Council will hold an Executive Session on Tuesday September 10, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. at the Carefree Town Hall located at 100 Easy Street, in Carefree. If authorized by a majority vote of the Common Council, the Executive Session will be held immediately after the vote and will not be open to the public.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

ITEM #1- Discussion and possible action to go into Executive Session in accordance with A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A)(3) for discussion or consultation for legal advice with the attorney of the Town to discuss contract negotiations with Sanderson Lincoln for naming rights to the Amphitheater for a ten-year period in exchange for $250,000.00 funding to the

amphitheater Capital Improvement Project.

ITEM #2- Discussion and possible action to go into Executive Session in accordance with A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A)(3) for discussion or consultation for legal advice with the attorney or attorneys of the public body to discuss contract negotiations with the Town of Cave

Creek for the consolidation of the Carefree and Cave Creek Municipal Courts.
