NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE TOWN OF CAREFREE COMMON COUNCIL

WHEN: TUESDAY, April 2, 2013

WHERE: CAREFREE TOWN HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS

TIME: 3:30 P.M.

Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Common Council of the Town of Carefree, Arizona and to the general public that pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03 (A)(1), the members of the Common Council will hold an Executive Session on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at 3:30 p.m. at the Carefree Town Hall located at 100 Easy Street, in Carefree. If authorized by a majority vote of the Common Council, the Executive Session will be held immediately after the vote and will not be open tothe public.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

ITEM #1- Discussion and possible action to go into an Executive Session according to A.R.S.

Section 38-431.03 (A)(1). Discussion or consideration of employment,…of a public

officer, appointee or employee of any public body,… .

ITEM #2- Adjournment.
