CHEF KEVIN BINKLEY NAMED JAMES BEARD AWARD FINALIST On Tuesday, March 18, the James Beard Foundation announced its final list of nominees for the 2014 award season. Among the Best Chef of the Southwest finalists was Arizona's Chef Kevin Binkley.  Binkley has been a nominee in this category every year since 2005.
