Gary Neiss and I met with the Cave Creek Town Manager Usama Abujbarah and Cave Creek Councilman Dick Esser to discuss a number of issues including noise.

Cave Creek has activated a plan to address problems associated with Special Events in Cave Creek. The plan addresses the issues of noise, traffic congestion and parking. At our meeting we agreed that we should give this plan an opportunity to be successful.

I am hopeful that the Cave Creek plan to address noise issues will work and ask your cooperation.

Dear All,

I am so pleased to let you all know that thanks to the diligence of our PR genius Kim Prince, CAREFREE has yet again been selected for holiday TV coverage by Fox News Channel 10 !!

 

As in previous years, they will send a reporter and cameraman to the Carefree Amphitheater at approximately 7.30am to film previews of the 4th Annual Carefree Christmas Festival.

WE need a CROWD!!!! Please come to Carefree next Friday Dec. 9th and take part in the festivities. We can guarantee falling snow, SANTA, dancing elves, reindeer antlers for the kids, music and more! We need to "re-create" the feeling of the festival and the more that can show up to help us the better :-)

 

If you are entering the parade and want to "preview" your float on TV, come on down! If you plan to be in the festival as an entertainer...we need YOU!

 

 

Bring the kids, your spouse or neighbor, even bring the dog! Dress warm and festive and see you bright and early next Friday morning. Please feel free to forward this email to any other interested parties.
