Tom Chenal did a wonderful job for Carefree citizens and the Mayors and Councils he served.  I am pleased for Tom to have this opportunity to serve all the citizens of AZ in this important new role.  Having been familiar with Mike Wright in the past, I am confident Carefree will be very well served by Mike.

This is great news for Tom.  It's nice to know there will be another friendly, efficient member of the team in the Consumer Freud division.  It's quite an honor and compliment to Tom to have the opportunity to join the team.  I am no stranger to that department...there are a lot of scammers in all areas of Arizona retail and contracts.
