Public Invited to Celebrate!
Local Retailer Karsten’s Ace Hardware
to Host Stop on Nationwide J.D. Power Award Neighborhood Tour
March 12 in Carefree and Cave Creek Stores
Local retailer celebrates its role in Ace Hardware ranking ”Highest in Customer Satisfaction with Home Improvement Retail Stores, Seven Years in a Row” on March 12
Ace’s Hardware’s inaugural J.D. Power Award Neighborhood Tour is headed to Karsten’s Ace Hardware in Carefree and Cave Creek.
The stops are part of a cross-country tour where Ace’s seven consecutive J.D. Power trophies are visiting over 100 stores in 24 states over the course of 17 weeks, traveling over 15,000 miles in a branded truck.
Ace Hardware has earned the ranking of “Highest in Customer Satisfaction with Home Improvement Retail Stores” ever since J.D. Power began researching the home improvement category seven years ago.
Karsten’s Ace Hardware, locally owned by Dave and Cheryl Karsten, is celebrating the results of the award by hosting a customer appreciation event on Wednesday, March 12.
The festivities will take place from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m., at the Carefree store, located at 36889 N. Tom Darlington Drive, and from 2 – 6 p.m., at the Cave Creek Store, located at 28220 N. Tatum Boulevard.
Attendees will have the opportunity to take a photo with the prestigious trophies, enjoy cake, donuts and coffee, as well as take advantage of generous in-store savings during the event.
“We’re proud to be a part of the Ace family of stores, committed to delivering a more personal kind of helpful for our neighborhood customers each and every day,” Dave Karsten said.
“Our J.D. Power Award Neighborhood Tour gives us the opportunity to thank our customers for rating Ace Hardware ‘Highest in Customer Satisfaction with Home Improvement Retail Stores, Seven Years in a Row,” he added.
“We believe we are blessed to be in the business of serving others,” said John Venhuizen, President and CEO, Ace Hardware Corporation. “Receiving this award from our customers seven years in a row is an absolute honor and makes us even more determined to provide our neighbors with amazing customer service and satisfaction.”
The study is based on responses from more than 4,100 consumers who purchased home improvement products or services in the previous 12 months. Ace Hardware ranked highest among major retailers with an overall satisfaction index score of 803 on a 1,000-point scale. The score is based on performance in five areas: merchandise, price, sales and promotions, staff and service, and store facility.
For more information on the J.D. Power Neighborhood Tour, please call Karsten’s Ace Hardware in Carefree at 480-488-4400. In Cave Creek, call 480-510-7020.
