As always, a great job of reporting.

My only comment relates to the lighting situation. In addition to the new gaslamp style electric light fixtures and the new bollard low voltage fixtures, Council added an additional $9,000 to provide for additional ‘down’ lighting.. This was proposed by Jim Van Allen and supported by everyone. As the Mayor stated, this reduces the estimated “Total Net” (income less expenses) from $81,414 by that amount, plus other amounts also added.

That is not to say Council approved the increase, just that it has been added to the budget, which will be subject to approval at a later date.
