The 33 Easy Street Property closed escrow last Friday, 9/11, and is now owned by the Town of Carefree for use as its future Town Council Chambers, P & Z Meeting location and related Town functions. A special thanks to Mike Farrar for his outstanding negotiations and handling of this purchase transaction.
