CAREFREE TRUTH
Letters from Readers: 9/29/11
Dear Carefree Truth Readers,
It is with great pleasure that we can announce our plans for the 4th Annual Carefree Christmas Festival. Mark your calendars for December 9th thru December 11th when we will be bringing Santa, Snow, Christmas Cheer and of course The Parade to downtown Carefree. The Parade is on Saturday, December 10th at 6pm, followed by a Firework Extravaganza at 8pm.
For more details check out our website which will be updated with this year's schedule later this month,
www.carefreechristmasfestival.com
In the past we have relied heavily on the generous sponsorships from corporations and Carefree Business owners, together with a budget allocated by the Town of Carefree. This year we have been asked by several residents "Can we donate to the Festival?". Of course, the answer is a very loud "Yes, Please!!"
Any donation, of any amount, can be dropped off or forwarded to Town Hall. Checks can be made out to the Town of Carefree (please reference Christmas Festival Donation) , PO Box 740, Carefree, AZ 85377
Thank you for your continued support of our wonderful town. More Christmas news will follow later in the season.
Regards,
Carefree Christmas Festival Committee
Lyn, here's the flyer for Yappy Hour at the library. I'm sure you're already on their newsletter list, but some of the others might not be. I think it will be fun & also a great way to increase awareness of our wonderful library.
