Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Common Council of the Town of Carefree, Arizona, the Planning and Zoning Commission and to the general public that a possible quorum of members of the Town Council and/or the Planning and Zoning Commission, and/or other committee, board, or commission created by the Town of Carefree, may be in attendance and may participate therein by discussing, proposing, and/or deliberating legal action in connection with the following meetings although no legal action will be taken by the Town Council, the
