NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE TOWN OF CAREFREE COMMON COUNCIL

WHEN: TUESDAY, MAY 21, 2013

WHERE: CAREFREE TOWN HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS

TIME: 4:00 P.M.

Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Common Council of the Town of Carefree, Arizona and to the general public that the members of the Common Council will hold a meeting open to the public on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. at the Carefree Town Hall Council Chambers located at 100 Easy Street, in Carefree.

Councilmember Crane may attend telephonically.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

Call to Order, Silent Roll Call and Pledge of Allegiance.

ITEM #1- Discussion and possible action regarding utilizing services of the Urban Land Institute.

ITEM #2- Discussion and possible action regarding Splash Pad

ITEM #3- Discussion and possible action regarding Amphitheater

ITEM #4- Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2013-04 approving the submittal of a grant application to the Gila River Indian Community for Proposition 202 funds

ITEM #5- Discussion and possible action regarding Veterans Memorial

ITEM #6- Discussion and possible action regarding coordination of donation campaigns

ITEM #7- Adjournment
