Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Carefree and to the public that the Commission will hold a meeting open to the public at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, October 10, 2011 in the Town Hall Council Chambers at 100 Easy Street in Carefree.

THE AGENDA FOR THE MEETING IS AS FOLLOWS:

CALL TO ORDER, SILENT ROLL CALL and PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE.

AGENDA ITEM 1:APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Meeting of September 12, 2011.

AGENDA ITEM 2:CAREFREE GENERAL PLAN UPDATE WORKSHOP:  Discussion and consideration regarding draft sections of the General Plan, including the Cost of Development Element and the Water Resources Element.  This workshop is part of Phase 2 of the General Plan Update (GP Update) process, in which the General Plan is being evaluated and revised.  Public comments will be taken.
