TOWN OF CAREFREE NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Carefree Planning and Zoning Commission and to the public that the Commission will hold a public meeting on MONDAY, OCTOBER 14, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Council Chambers at 100 Easy Street in Carefree.

THE AGENDA FOR THE MEETING IS AS FOLLOWS:

APPROVAL of proposed TEXT AMENDMENTS to the Tenth Publication of the Planning and Zoning Ordinance and to the Code of Ordinances (Town Code) of the Town of Carefree, associated with real estate signage, including ‘open house’ signs placed in the right-of-way in the Town of Carefree.

The text amendments to the ZONING ORDINANCE are contained in Article VIII. Signs Permitted.

The text amendments to the TOWN CODE are contained in Article 11-3 Posting of Signs in Public Rights-of-Way; Permits.
