NOTICE OF A JOINT MEETING OF THE CAREFREE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION AND THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Development Review Board of the Town of Carefree and to the public that the Commission and the Board will hold a joint meeting open to the public at 5:00 p.m. on MONDAY, AUGUST 12, 2013 in the Town Hall Council Chambers at 100 Easy Street in Carefree.


THE AGENDA FOR THE MEETING IS AS FOLLOWS:

2) DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD meeting of July 16, 2012.


AGENDA ITEM 2: PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION - DISCUSSION, CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION to INITIATE APPLICATIONS to change the General Plan Land Use Classification from Rural Residential (RR) to Open Space/Recreation (OS/R) and change the Zoning from Rural-190 to Open Space-Recreation (OS-R), on approximately 50 acres of open space property owned by the Town of Carefree. Public comments will be taken.


AGENDA ITEM 3: DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD - DISCUSSION, CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION on a proposed plan for a COVERED PARKING STRUCTURE in the Garden Office (GO) zone. Public comments will be taken.
