NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING AND BUDGET WORKSHOP OF THE TOWN OF CAREFREE COMMON COUNCIL

WHEN: TUESDAY, APRIL 16, 2013

WHERE: CAREFREE TOWN HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS

TIME: 4:00 P.M.

Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Common Council of the Town of Carefree, Arizona and to the general public that the members of the Common Council will hold a special meeting and budget workshop open to the public on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. at the Carefree Town Council Chambers located at 100 Easy Street, in Carefree.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

Call to Order, Silent Roll Call

ITEM #1- Discussion and possible action regarding a violation letter from the Assistant

Attorney General concerning an open meeting law complaint against the Carefree

Common Council and a proposed resolution of the complaint.

ITEM #2- Discussion and possible action regarding a violation letter from the Assistant

Attorney General concerning deficiencies in certain Town Hall agendas of the

Carefree Common Council.

ITEM #3- Workshop and possible action regarding Fiscal Year 2013-14 budget.

ITEM #4- Adjournment.
