NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING AND BUDGET WORKSHOP

OF THE TOWN OF CAREFREE COMMON COUNCIL

WHEN: TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 2014

WHERE: CAREFREE TOWN HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS

TIME: 5:00 P.M.

Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Common Council of the Town of Carefree, Arizona and to the general public that the members of the Common Council will hold a meeting open to the public on Tuesday February 25, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. at the Carefree Town Hall Council Chambers located at 100 Easy Street, in Carefree, Arizona.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

One or more members of the Council may be unable to attend the meeting in person and may participate by technological means or methods pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431(4).

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

REGULAR AGENDA:

ITEM #1 Discussion and possible action regarding an Application for Permanent Extension of Premises/Patio Permit for AZ Wine Company/Paradise Valley Wine Outlet,

LLC, in order to provide beverage service to the Carefree Town Center when it

would otherwise not be possible upon short notice.

ITEM #2 Discussion and possible action to authorize the expenditure of contingency funds

in the amount of $12,500 for the Flashing Beacon Upgrade for the system located

on Tom Darlington Road.

ITEM #3 Workshop, discussion and possible action regarding Fiscal Year 2014-15 budget.

ITEM #4 Adjournment.
