NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE TOWN OF CAREFREE COMMON COUNCIL

WHEN: TUESDAY, JUNE 4, 2013

WHERE: CAREFREE TOWN HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS

TIME: 4:00 P.M.

Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Common Council of the Town of Carefree, Arizona and to the general public that the members of the Common Council will hold a meeting open to the public on Tuesday, June 4th at 4:00 p.m. at the Carefree Town Council Chambers located at 100 Easy Street, in Carefree.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

Call to Order, Silent Roll Call

ITEM #1- Administration of the Oath of Office for Mayor

ITEM #2- Administration of the Oath of Office for Council Members

ITEM #3- Nominations and vote by Council for selection of the Vice Mayor and

administration of Oath of Office

ITEM #4- PUBLIC HEARING, discussion and possible action regarding approval of

Resolution 2013-03: Determining and Adopting Estimates of Proposed

Expenditures by the Town of Carefree for the Fiscal Year Beginning June 1, 2013

and Ending June 30, 2014 and Declaring that Such Shall Constitute the Budget for

the Town of Carefree for Such Fiscal Year.
