NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE TOWN OF CAREFREE COMMON COUNCIL

WHEN: TUESDAY, MARCH 19, 2013

WHERE: CAREFREE TOWN HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS

TIME: 4:00 P.M.

Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Common Council of the Town of Carefree, Arizona and to the general public that the members of the Common Council will hold a meeting open to the public on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at 4:00 p.m.. at the Carefree Town Council Chambers located at 100 Easy Street, in Carefree.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

Call to Order, Silent Roll Call

ITEM #1- Discussion and possible action regarding Canvass of the March 12, 2013 Town

Council vote.

ITEM #2- Discussion regarding a 3:30 p.m. Executive Session before the April 2nd Council

meeting to interview candidates for the position of Town Clerk/Treasurer.

ITEM #3- Overview of Fiscal year 2013-14 budget workshop.

ITEM #4- Discussion and possible action regarding Economic Development Strategic Plan's Potential Capital Investment Projects.

ITEM #5- Adjournment.
