Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Common Council of the Town of Carefree, Arizona and to the general public that the members of the Town Council will hold a special meeting open to the public on Tuesday September 20, 2011 at 5:15 p.m. at the Carefree Town Hall Council Chambers

located at 100 Easy Street, in Carefree.

ITEM #1- Discussion and possible action regarding street closure of Mule Train Road in front of the Carefree Resort and Conference Center on Saturday, January 21, 2012 from 8 a.m. to midnight for a Balloon Festival.

This workshop is for discussion only. No legal decisions

will be made.
