NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

OF THE TOWN OF CAREFREE COMMON COUNCIL

WHERE: CAREFREE TOWN HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS

TIME: 5:00 P.M.

Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Common Council of the Town of Carefree, Arizona and to the general public that the members of the Common Council will hold a meeting open to the public on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. at the Carefree Town Council Chambers located at 100 Easy Street, in Carefree.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

Call to Order, Silent Roll Call and Pledge of Allegiance.

ITEM #1- PUBLIC HEARING, discussion and possible approval of Resolution 2012-06

finally determining and adopting the budget for fiscal year 2012-13.

ITEM #2- Adjournment.
