NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

OF THE TOWN OF CAREFREE COMMON COUNCIL

WHEN: TUESDAY, JULY 19, 2011

WHERE: CAREFREE TOWN HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS

TIME: 4:00 P.M.

Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Common Council of the Town of Carefree, Arizona and to the general public that the members of the Common Council will hold a meeting open to the public on Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at 4:00 p.m. at the Carefree Town Hall Council Chambers located at 100 Easy Street, in Carefree.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

ITEM 1- Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 2011-09, declaring as

a public record that certain document titled “The Town Of Carefree

Subdivision Ordinance”.

ITEM 2- Discussion and possible action regarding Ordinance 2011-07 amending and

adopting by reference “The Town of Carefree Subdivision Ordinance” in its

entirety; providing for penalties for the violation thereof; providing for the repeal

of conflicting ordinances; providing for severability.

ITEM 3- Discussion and possible action regarding street closures as shown on attached maps for

Thunderbird Arts Festivals from Thursday evenings at 5 p.m. through Sunday evenings at 6 p.m. November 3-6, 2011.

ITEM 4- Presentation and discussion on Economic Development within the Town Center.
