TOWN OF CAREFREE NOTICE of a MEETING of the BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Board of Adjustment and to the public that the Board of Adjustment will hold a public meeting on Monday, May 20, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Council Chambers at the Carefree Town Hall, 100 Easy Street in Carefree.

AGENDA ITEM 1: APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Meeting of AUGUST 7, 2012.


AGENDA ITEM 2: PUBLIC HEARING, discussion, consideration and possible action on the following REQUEST for a VARIANCE. Public comments will be taken.

The proposed garage enclosure is located underneath an existing legally nonconforming open carport.

APPROVAL of a VARIANCE to the Zoning Ordinance standards to allow construction of two (2) five-foot (5’) tall driveway gate structures located ten feet (10’) and fourteen feet (14’) respectively from the front property line, where a 40-foot front setback is required.
