NOTICE OF REGULAR JOINT MEETING

OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE TOWN OF CAREFREE UTILITIES

COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT AND THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE

CAREFREE WATER COMPANY, INC.

 

 

WHEN: TUESDAY, JUNE 7, 2011

WHERE: CAREFREE TOWN HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS

TIME: 5:45 P.M.

 

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 10-822, notice is hereby given of the time, place and purposes of a

meeting of the Board of Directors of Town of Carefree Utilities Community Facilities District and

the Board of Directors of the Carefree Water Company, Inc., an Arizona corporation, to be held on Tuesday, June 7, 2011 at 5:45 p.m. at the Carefree Town Hall Council Chambers at 100 Easy

Street, in Carefree. Arthur Gimson may attend telephonically.

 

 

The Agenda for the meeting is as follows:

Call to Order, Silent Roll Call

 

 

AGENDA ITEM #1- Discussion and possible action regarding approval of Resolution 2011-01 of the

District Board of Directors of the Town of Carefree Arizona Utilities Community Facilities District as the Board of Directors of the Carefree Water Company, Inc. concerning appointment of officers of the Carefree Water Company Board of Directors.

 

 

ITEM #2 Discussion and possible action regarding ratification of the minutes from May 3, 2011.

 

ITEM #3- Discussion and possible action regarding approval of the Carefree Water

Company FY2011-2012 proposed budget.

 

ITEM #4- Customer Issues

 

ITEM #5- Call to the Public: Consideration and discussion of comments and complaints from

the public. Pursuant to Section 2-4-7 G of the Town Code and ARS 38-431.01(H), those wishing to address the Board need not request permission in advance. Action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter or rescheduling the matter for further consideration and decision at a later date. The public may address the Board on any matter not on the agenda. At the conclusion of an open call to the public, individual members of the public body may
