Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 10-822, notice is hereby given of the time, place and purposes of a

meeting of the Board of Directors of Town of Carefree Utilities Community Facilities District and

the Board of Directors of the Carefree Water Company, Inc., an Arizona corporation, to be held on

Tuesday, July 12, 2011 at 4:30 p.m. at the Carefree Town Hall Council Chambers at 100 Easy

Street, in Carefree.
